A Tour of Our Studio & Gym

Above the Barre has two locations in Berea. The 16,500-square-foot gymnastics and dance facility on Berea Industrial Parkway features a full service gym, two dance studios and an party room. And our 1450 West Bagley Road location features dance rooms, preschool gym, acro gym, and aerial and lyra training gym. All of our facilities are professionally cleaned and sanitized six days a week. Full-Service Gymnasium

Our gym includes two 42’ x 44’ competitive spring floors, three loose foam pits, in-ground trampoline and tumble track, two vault tables/runways, eight high beams, three low beams, three full uneven parallel bars, four single rail bars, a Resi Pit System, channel bar, strap bar and two climbing ropes. In addition, we offer one of the most sophisticated men’s gymnastics programs in the region, featuring two men’s parallel bars, two pommel horses, a ring tower, a high bar and an all-male coaching staff. For our Ninja classes, we have innovative obstacle courses, warped walls, monkey bars, cargo nets, trampolines, foam pits and more.

Dance Studios

All of 8 of our dance rooms are built with your child's safety and learning experience in mind. They all have a raised floors and are covered with Marley to help cushion students movements.

Preschool Gym and Dance Studio

We are one of the few facilities in the area to offer a separate dance studio and gymnasium space for preschoolers, featuring “right-sized” equipment for our younger students. Our preschool dance studio is equipped with a preschool ballet barre—just the right size for your child with mirrored walls for maximizing your child’s learning experience.
