Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to work in a fast-paced dance/gymnastics setting for 10-15 hours a week. Come join our team and support the best team and customers in the business!

Responsibilities:



  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships & trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the companies' policies; follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communications procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Responsible for Daily Cash Drawer balancing

Requirements and Skills Needed:


  • 3 years of proven Customer Service Experience (Basic knowledge of dance and gymnastics a plus)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with Customer Service systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation & ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic math skills and/or accounting knowledge
  • Basic computer knowledge of Google & Microsoft
  • Ability to work independently
