Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to work in a fast-paced dance/gymnastics setting for 10-15 hours a week. Come join our team and support the best team and customers in the business!
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships & trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the companies' policies; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communications procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Responsible for Daily Cash Drawer balancing
Requirements and Skills Needed:
- 3 years of proven Customer Service Experience (Basic knowledge of dance and gymnastics a plus)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Familiarity with Customer Service systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation & ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic math skills and/or accounting knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge of Google & Microsoft
- Ability to work independently
